They have a secure gated entrance with only 2 beachhouses occupying a common `Beachfront Area' of 4 acres.

Stroll along the timber walkway directly to the 18 metre pool, or keep going to our private decked area on top of the dunes with your hat, your book, & your bubbles !! Relax in total privacy with views of the Pacific Ocean, sea breezes & shaded by the beautiful shea oaks.

1770 - Agnes Water is a picturesque seaside village with an historical element, there is a lot to discover.

Surrounded by the Coral Sea it is very rich in abundant natural beauty. It's a virtually untouched seaside paradise set amongst unique wonders - Deepwater & Eurimubula National Parks, Lady Musgrave & Lady Elliot Islands.

Guests can experience the Great Barrier Reef, National Parks, or action packed experiences, there is unlimited activities available including - fishing, amphibian rides, scooteroo tours, 4 Wheel Driving, golf, surf lessons, joy flights, many different beaches to discover, rich sunsets over the 1770 estuary, private massages on the beachfront deck, dinner prepared & served by your own 'chef' or just chilling out in your luxurious beachhouse.

Sleeps 8, bedrooms are all situated on the middle level & include their own decks.

4 bedrooms - 1 king or split into 2 singles, 2 queens, 2 singles.

Top level is bright & breezy overlooking the Pacific Ocean at Agnes Water. Open plan kitchen, dining, & lounge all opening onto different decked area's depending on the weather.

BBQ area has two different outdoor settings - water views or canopy views overlooking the trees.

Indoor entertaining includes - LCD TV, BOSE stereo system, internet access, board games, DVD'S, & more!!!
