There is a secure gated entrance with only 2 beachhouses occupying a common `Beachfront Area' of 4 acres.

Enjoy a stroll along the timber walkway directly to the 18 metre pool, or keep walking to the private decked area on top of the dunes, be sure to take your hat, your book, & your bubbles!!

Here you can relax in total privacy with views of the Pacific Ocean, enjoy the sea breezes as you are shaded by the beautiful shea oaks.

Guests can experience the Great Barrier Reef, National Parks, or action packed experiences.

4 bedrooms - 1 king or split into 2 singles, 2 queens, 2 singles.

Top level is bright & breezy overlooking the Pacific Ocean at Agnes Water. Open plan kitchen, dining, & lounge all opening onto different decked area's depending on the weather.

BBQ area has two different outdoor settings - water views or canopy views overlooking the trees.

Indoor entertaining includes - LCD TV, BOSE stereo system, internet access, board games, DVD'S, & more!!!
